I can still remember the time when I was first introduced to photography. I was in high school and it was during the 2nd Institute for the Development of Adventist Writers (IDAW) in Mountain View College, Valencia City, Bukidnon. That was in 2003, ten years ago. We not just learned news writing, feature writing, editorial writing, and creative writing. We were also taught the basics of desktop publishing, photography, and photojournalism.
And that started it all.
Ten years after, I now have the perfect chance of honing my skills in photography. Long ago, I have never fully understood the meaning of these basic photography terms: aperture, ISO speed, shutter speed, exposure, and composition. Little by little through research and practice in the last couple of months, I am learning this wonderful art.
Here are my first shots. Enjoy!

"His splendor was like the sunrise." -Habakkuk 3:4, NIV.
"From sunrise to sunset, let the LORD's name be praised!" -Psalm 113:3, CEB.
