First Time to Fly: Photographs and Memories

Have you read my previous post about my first times in Luzon, Thailand, Cambodia, and Laos? If you have not read it yet, you can check it out here-- First Times are Sweet Times.

For me, first times are ever sweet and unforgettable. And after you have done these firsts, you get to tick out some items on your bucket list, thus making it more fun and exciting!

Today, I will feature the memorable photographs of my first domestic flight from Mactan, Cebu to Clark, Pampanga.

Kadaugan sa Mactan Painting Exhibit

Along with the best paintings of Cebu, I saw an abstract painting
created by a friend, Sir Julbert Marañon.

Waiting for take-off.

I love this shot! This is the view of Mactan Island from above.

Flying above Clark, Pampanga.

Touch down drizzles.

Blue hour + light + airplanes + Mt. Arayat--  a favorite shot!

Outside Clark's airport, I met two surfers from Europe.
They have been to Siargao, Cebu, and Palawan. And they were heading to Indonesia.

What are your first time experiences that you love? Share them here!

  3. I couldn't agree with you more! There is actually a saying for first timers, like you have to kiss the plane, or the land on your first visit...haha something like that:)

    1. Hello Joy! Yeah, during this first time, I had to be very observant to what was going on around me because I was traveling solo. And the experiences I had were unforgettable! :)

  4. Haha I remember when it was my first time to fly - I flew to Bacolod and I felt super ecstatic. I kept on chewing Mentos candy as air popped through my ears.
