Travel Photo: A View from Above

Today, I will be featuring a photograph I took while on my first domestic flight here in the Philippines.

Where in the world is this?

This is a breathtaking and thrilling view above the island of Mactan on board my Cebu Pacific flight from Cebu to Clark, Pampanga. This flight marks the beginning of my journey through 3 Southeast Asian countries in 3 straight weeks.

"When once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward, for there you have been, and there you will always long to return." -- Leonardo da Vinci

  4. I have a few aerial shots from the plane when I get window seat but at times I end up near the wing area so not much to see from there. Travel gets more enticing as it becomes more frequent.
