Travel Photo: Coral Reef Restoration Project

Today, I will be featuring a photograph that I consider a classic example of nature-loving and marine life conservation.

Where in the world is this?

Divers, researchers and volunteers are extending their helping hands in the Coral Reef Restoration Project in Padre Burgos, Southern Leyte. This photo depicts a usual busy yet fun-filled day at the project site located near the Lungsodaan Fish Sanctuary. The clear blue skies and seas, the panoramic view of Panaon Island, the natural wonder of Sogod Bay, the colorful marine life, the wonderful people -- all these add to this unique and once-in-a-lifetime experience.

And yes, I volunteered too!
