Santander: Cebu's Southernmost Tip

Santander is considered to be a 5th class municipality in the province of Cebu, here in the Philippines. It is located in the southernmost part of the province, where it becomes a strategic place for travelers, tourists, and locals who are traveling from Cebu to Negros Oriental and vice versa.

A famous statue in front of Santander's town hall.

Santander is famous for its delicacy, "Tostado". It also hosts its annual Tostado Festival.

Also located in Santander is the Liloan port where a barge, pumpboats, and fast crafts will sail passengers to Negros Oriental.

I enjoyed my short stay in Santander while I waited for Journeying James.

I should say, Santander is a simple place with vibrant and friendly people!
